The Ellis Square project in downtown Savannah is nearing completion and Savannah Hardscapes is very pleased to have played such a large role in the construction. Working with general contractor Dabbs-Williams and the City of Savannah, Savannah Hardscapes provided materials and installation for much of the park, including all the bluestone and clay paver walkways. When completed, the park will be a primary focal point for the downtown Savannah area.

If you can’t wait for Ellis Square to be accessible, check out the recently renovated fort at Forsyth Park. While the interior of the building will not officially open until February 5th, you can enjoy the exterior renovations. Savannah Hardscapes provided and installed the Pavestone pavers around the building as well as the entrance and exit driveways. This past weekend, the fountain, playground and parking lot were already getting a lot of use from local residents and tourists.

These renovations are truly a sign of the City of Savannah’s commitment to the restoration of its beautiful public gathering areas. The Savannah Hardscapes team is thrilled to participate in these projects and we look forward to many more in the future, throughout the Lowcountry and Coastal Empire.
